Ingredients
- 4 oranges
- 2 carrots, cut into chunks
- 1 green pepper, seeded and quartered
- 1 small onion (optional)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Remove the thin peel from 1/2 orange; reserve.
- Remove peel from all oranges and discard.
- Quarter oranges in food processor along with reserved peel, carrots, green pepper and onion. Process until coarse.
- Stir in sugar and salt.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator (several hours before serving).
