Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1 bar German sweet chocolate, 1/2 grated and 1/2 shaved
- 1 c. water
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. oil
Method
- Blend dry ingredients.
- Add oil and water.
- Add eggs, one at a time; mix.
- Beat for 4 minutes at medium speed.
- Blend in grated chocolate and 1/2 of chocolate chips.
- Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan which has been greased and floured.
- Sprinkle rest of chocolate chips on top.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Cool in pan. When still slightly warm, sprinkle shaved chocolate on top.
- When cool, dust with confectioners sugar.
