Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. stick margarine
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. raisins

Method

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Beat sugar, peanut butter, margarine and vanilla until smooth.
  • Stir in milk and eggs; gradually add dry ingredients.
  • Stir in chips and raisins.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet 1-inch apart.
  • Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
