Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 unbaked pie shells
- whipped cream (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine sugar, cocoa and melted margarine in a bowl.
- Add beaten eggs, evaporated milk and vanilla.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour into pie shells.
- Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in filling comes out clean or pie is firm when tapped with back of spoon.
