Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 oz melted bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 cup whipped whipping cream
  • 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
  • 1 baked graham cracker crust

Method

  • Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl & beat with electric mixer on high speed til smooth. Add chocolate & blend well. Fold in whipped cream, then egg whites. Fill crust, cover & refrigerate at least 24 hours. Garnish with whipped cream & walnuts just before serving.
