Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut 1-inch thick
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Saute
- meat
- in butter for about 1 minute on each side; set aside.
- Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until golden brown, then
- return meat to pan.
- Add sour cream and a couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Warm thoroughly;
- do
- not
- boil.
- Serve over noodles or thick fried potatoes.
