Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup evaporated cane juice (sub. raw sugar)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup almond meal (flour)
- 1/4 lb butter, melted
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 350F and grease a square baking pan.
- Stir cocoa and butter in a bowl to combine.
- Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat till smooth.
- Add meal, starch, salt and baking powder to mix in.
- Spread into baking pan and bake for 30 mins.
