Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. Wonderslim low-fat cocoa (well packed)
  • 3/4 c. sugar (Sucanat granulated cane juice) or fructose
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. egg replacer equal to 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup or honey
  • 3/4 c. sugar (Sucanat or fructose)
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. Sunspire chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. walnuts

Method

  • Mix first 6 ingredients thoroughly and set aside.
  • Blend next 5 ingredients together.
  • Blend both mixtures together then fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Bake at 350° for 24 minutes.
