Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2-1/4 cups sugar, divided
- 5 eggs, divided
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups strawberries, halved Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 oz. (1/2 of 4-oz. pkg.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Method
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Add 2 cups sugar; mix well.
- Whisk in 4 eggs and 1 tsp.
- vanilla.
- Stir in flour.
- Spread onto bottom of foil-lined 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- Mix cream cheese and remaining sugar, egg and vanilla until blended.
- Slowly pour over brownie layer in pan.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- (Do not overbake.)
- Cool completely.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package.
- Top dessert with strawberries; drizzle with melted chocolate.
