Ingredients
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 4 c. sugar
- 6 or 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- chocolate (cocoa) to taste
- nuts (as many as desired)
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 4 pie crusts (9-inch)
Method
- Mix in large bowl; pour into unbaked pie shells.
- Bake at 400° until knife inserted comes out clean.
- Foil around pie crust edge may be used to keep it from becoming too done during baking.
