Ingredients
- 1/3 c. ground coffee
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. chocolate extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 c. almonds, toasted and chopped
Method
- Place coffee and nutmeg in blender.
- Add extracts while running machine.
- Stop and scrape sides.
- Process 10 seconds or longer.
- Place mix in a bowl and stir in almonds.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
- Yield:
- Mix for 8 six-ounce servings.
