Ingredients
- 32 marshmallows or 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chilled whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 sq. (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate, grated
- 9-inch short pie shell
- hot fudge sauce
Method
- Combine marshmallows, milk and salt in saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, just until marshmallows are melted. Chill until partially set.
