- 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 2 1/2 c. chipped apples
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Prepare pie crust.
- Place chipped apples into crust.
- Combine sugar, cinnamon, salt and melted margarine.
- Add beaten egg.
- Pour over chipped apples.
- Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream.
