Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless pork chops, cut into strips
  • 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Method

  • Heat oil in nonstick wok or large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add meat; stir-fry 5 min.
  • or until done.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except rice; stir-fry 5 min.
  • or until vegetables are heated through.
  • Serve over rice.
