Ingredients

  • 1 lg. (about 4 lb.) Napa cabbage, minced fine, tops too
  • 5 green onions, minced, including tops
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles (throw away flavor packs)
  • 1 1/2 pkg. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Method

  • Chop cabbage and onions; chill.
  • Brown broken noodles and almonds in butter.
  • DRESSING: Blend with beater oil, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar.
  • This is more dressing than needed.
  • Do not mix together till shortly before serving.
