Ingredients

  • 1 head iceburg lettuce
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 cup diced, cooked (boiled) chicken
  • 1 pkg. chicken ramen noodles, cooked and cut up
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 tbsp. rice vinager
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pkg. chicken ramen seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Method

  • Chop lettuce, green onions and ramen noodles.
  • Add boiled chicken.
  • Combine all mentioned above.
  • Dressing: Mix together all dressing ingredients.
  • You should preferable make dressing 3-4 hours before serving to bring out flavoring and refrigerate.
  • When ready to serve mix in almonds and pour all dressing in salad and serve :)
