Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 (2 1/4 lb) slabs pork spareribs

Method

  • Combine barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey, orange juice, sugar, garlic and ginger in a large shallow dish. Add ribs and turn to coat. Cover and chill for 3 hours, or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Brush ribs on both sides with marinade. Arrange in a single layer in a large shallow baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 mins. Uncover and bake for 15 mins, or until ribs are browned.
