Ingredients
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 (2 1/4 lb) slabs pork spareribs
Method
- Combine barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey, orange juice, sugar, garlic and ginger in a large shallow dish. Add ribs and turn to coat. Cover and chill for 3 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brush ribs on both sides with marinade. Arrange in a single layer in a large shallow baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 mins. Uncover and bake for 15 mins, or until ribs are browned.
