Ingredients
- 12 potatoes
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 3 cans tomato soup
- about 2 cans water
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
Method
- Peel potatoes; dice potatoes.
- Put in kettle and add 1 teaspoon salt.
- Cook until almost done.
- Don't pour off potato water.
- Fry meat with onions, salt and pepper.
- Add to the potatoes.
- Also add kidney beans, tomato soup and catsup.
- Simmer about 1 hour.
