Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) bottle catsup
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 medium onions, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. red hot sauce (or to suit taste)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder (or to suit taste)
Method
- Mix everything together except chili powder.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
- Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
- Add chili powder and cook a few minutes longer.
- Can be frozen.
