Ingredients
- 2 fryers, boned and diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. pimento
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Method
- Mix soup with chicken.
- Add celery, pimento and sour cream. Put in greased casserole dish.
- Melt 1 stick oleo with 1 1/2 cup coarse cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons poppy seed for topping. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
