Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3 c. hot cooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili without beans or 2 cups homemade chili
Method
- Saute onion in butter; combine with rice and sour cream. Season to taste and mix well.
- Spoon into 7 1/2 x 11-inch casserole dish.
- Spread chili over mixture.
- Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly (about 20 minutes).
