Ingredients
- 1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
- 1 lb. shredded Cheddar
- 1 large can chilies, cut up
- 4 eggs
- 1 large can evaporated milk plus 1 small can
- salt, pepper, garlic powder and dill
- 1 small can tomato sauce
Method
- When cooking, heat oven to 350°.
- Grease 10 x 13-inch casserole.
- Mix shredded cheeses together.
- Layer 1/2 the cheese in dish.
- Top with chilies.
- Then add remaining cheese.
- Beat eggs, evaporated milk and spices together.
- Pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake 40 minutes.
- Take out and top with tomato sauce, bake 10 more minutes.
- Slice in squares.
