Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
  • 1 lb. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 large can chilies, cut up
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large can evaporated milk plus 1 small can
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder and dill
  • 1 small can tomato sauce

Method

  • When cooking, heat oven to 350°.
  • Grease 10 x 13-inch casserole.
  • Mix shredded cheeses together.
  • Layer 1/2 the cheese in dish.
  • Top with chilies.
  • Then add remaining cheese.
  • Beat eggs, evaporated milk and spices together.
  • Pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake 40 minutes.
  • Take out and top with tomato sauce, bake 10 more minutes.
  • Slice in squares.
