Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken
- 2 lb. spaghetti
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 can pimentos
- 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. Colby and Mozzarella, mixed
Method
- Boil and debone chicken. Boil spaghetti in chicken broth. Add to spaghetti the cream of chicken, green chilies, pimentos and cheese, mixing well and add chicken. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 2 (9 x 13) pans.
