Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can tomato sauce
- oil
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper
Method
- Brown onion in oil.
- Add ground beef and brown.
- Combine tomato sauce and spices together; add onion and beef.
- Simmer for 30 minutes or longer, if desired.
- If too thick, add another can of tomato sauce.
- If you want chili and beans, add 1 can pinto beans.
