Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 large green pepper, chopped
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 large can chopped tomatoes
Method
- Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper.
- Drain fat and turn into a 2 1/2-quart crock-pot.
- Add vinegar, sugar, chili powder and tomatoes.
- This will fill a 2 1/2-quart cooker.
- Cover and cook on high until it bubbles, then turn to low and simmer at least 4 to 4 1/2 hours, or all day.
