Ingredients
- 6 medium size potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- minced onion to taste
- 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Cook and mash potatoes.
- Add cream cheese and beat.
- Add egg and milk.
- Beat. Add onion and seasoning.
- Place in casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Can be prepared the day before and baked the next day.
