Ingredients

  • 8 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 1 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and sugar.
  • Beat in eggs.
  • Gradually stir in milk and apricot nectar.
  • Drain noodles; return to pan.
  • Add cream cheese mixture and toss to coat.
  • Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over noodles.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160*.
