Ingredients
- 1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Method
- Cook rice according to package directions; add butter, stirring until butter melts.
- Combine sour cream and chilies; add to rice mixture, stirring well.
