Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked

Method

  • Brown the turkey with onion and garlic clove.
  • Drain fat from heat.
  • Mix together the next 7 ingredients.
  • Mix the cheeses together.
