Ingredients
- 1 lb. grated Jack cheese
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 small cans Ortega diced green chiles
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 15 oz. can evaporated milk
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
Method
- Spray 11 x 13-inch glass dish with Pam.
- Layer chiles on bottom of pan.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Blend milk, eggs and flour. Pour over cheese and chiles.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 400°.
- Remove from oven, add Jack cheese and top with tomato sauce.
- Bake 15 minutes longer.
- Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serves 8 to 12.
