Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle French salad dressing (nonfat)
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Method
- Mix salad dressing, cranberry sauce and dry onion soup mix. Place chicken in 13 x 9-inch baking pan (greased).
- Pour dressing mix over and marinate for 4 to 6 hours, turning once.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
- Serves 3 to 4 per serving.
