Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • butter
  • paprika, salt and pepper

Method

  • Place chicken in deep casserole dish.
  • Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  • Combine remaining ingredients.
  • Pour over chicken and stir slightly.
  • Continue to bake for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.
