- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- butter
- paprika, salt and pepper
Method
- Place chicken in deep casserole dish.
- Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chicken and stir slightly.
- Continue to bake for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
