Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken thighs, skinned
- 1/4 c. canned chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
Method
- These can be cooked in broiler or on the grill.
- Spray broiling pan with Pam if cooked in broiler.
