Ingredients
- 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans clear chicken broth
- 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1 (15 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 2 (5 oz.) cans chunk white chicken, undrained
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Method
- In 3-quart saucepan, combine broth and rice.
- Over medium high heat, heat until boiling.
- Cover, cook over low heat 15 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add mixed vegetables, chicken and parsley.
- Heat through stirring occasionally.
- Serves 4.
