Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked and diced chicken or turkey
  • 1 lb. fine noodles, cooked
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 cans chopped olives (4 oz.)
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped and juice
  • 1 cube margarine
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Cook noodles.
  • Drain and rinse.
  • Cook bell peppers, onions and garlic in melted margarine until just tender.
  • Mix in all other ingredients.
  • Pour into a 10 x 14-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (be generous).
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • This freezes well.
