Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix the sugar and flour in mixer.
- Add softened butter and cream cheese, one tablespoon at a time.
- Add eggs, one at a time, and then vanilla.
- Grease pan, put greased wax paper or parchment in bottom, and then flour.
- Bake on lower middle of oven at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes for 1 large tube pan or about 50 minutes for 2 regular loaf pans.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out on rack.
