Ingredients
- 8 oz. spaghetti noodles
- 2 lb. uncooked chicken
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Provolone cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. onion, diced
- 1/4 c. green pepper, diced
Method
- Boil chicken in 2 to 3 quarts boiling water.
- Cool and dice. Add chicken and mushrooms to soup over low heat.
- Add browned onion and green pepper.
- Using water from the chicken, bring to a boil.
- Cook noodles to appropriate tenderness.
- Layer in a casserole dish the noodles, soup mixture and cheeses.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
