Ingredients

  • 8 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 2 lb. uncooked chicken
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Provolone cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. onion, diced
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, diced

Method

  • Boil chicken in 2 to 3 quarts boiling water.
  • Cool and dice. Add chicken and mushrooms to soup over low heat.
  • Add browned onion and green pepper.
  • Using water from the chicken, bring to a boil.
  • Cook noodles to appropriate tenderness.
  • Layer in a casserole dish the noodles, soup mixture and cheeses.
  • Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
