- 1 chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2/3 stick butter
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
Method
- Season chicken and boil about 45 minutes; remove chicken and debone.
- Add vermicelli to chicken broth and boil until tender. Drain noodles; do not rinse them.
- While noodles are boiling, saute in butter the onion and bell pepper.
- Mix onion and bell pepper into noodles.
- Add soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes; mix well. Add deboned chicken and Cheez Whiz; mix well.
- Pour into Pyrex dish.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
