Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. candied cherries, chopped
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- powdered sugar
Method
- Cream margarine; add sugar gradually.
- Add flour, cherries and pecans, water and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
- Shape into balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 275° for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Roll in powdered sugar; cool and roll again in sugar.
