Ingredients
- 8 oz. box vermicelli
- 6 to 7 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 block medium Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- black pepper to taste
Method
- Boil vermicelli noodles and chicken together.
- Meanwhile, grate cheese and chop onion.
- Saute onion and stick of margarine in saucepan.
- Pour margarine and onion in casserole dish.
- Drain noodles and chicken.
- Pour noodles into dish.
- Dice or tear chicken and put in dish.
- Pour in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
- Stir. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Sprinkle black pepper to taste. Cover.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
