Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 zucchini squash
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 ??? finely chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 tsp. dried ground oregano
  • shortening
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Cook the zucchini squash and slice.
  • Cook, peel, slice and fry the potatoes.
  • Cook the chicken with 1/2 onion, salt and pepper. Remove and fry the chicken.
  • Place the chicken in a serving dish. Place the fried potatoes around the plate.
  • Put the lettuce and zucchini on top.
  • Liquefy the tomatoes with the rest of the onion; strain and spread over the chicken.
  • Spread the oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper over the chicken.
  • Dash some oil and vinegar.
  • Serve cold.
