Ingredients
- 2 cans green beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- Drain green beans.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Combine eggs, soup, cheese, onion and mayonnaise.
- Pour over green beans. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over dish.
- Pour melted butter over casserole.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or bubbly. Serves 8.
