Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. mushroom slices
- 1/2 green pepper, cut up (about 3/4-inch pieces)
- 1 small Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- about 1 lb. chicken meat, cooked and cubed
Method
- Saute mushrooms and green pepper.
- Add soup, tomato and chicken; heat.
- When hot, at last minute add cream cheese and sour cream.
- Serve over chow mein noodles.
