Ingredients
- 2 chickens
- 2 c. onion
- 2 green peppers
- 4 ribs celery
- 2 boxes thin spaghetti
- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 lb. grated cheese
Method
- Cook chicken, onion, green peppers and celery together.
- Remove chicken from stock; strain stock.
- Cook spaghetti in stock; drain. Reserve stock.
- Add cubed chicken to cooked spaghetti.
- Add tomato sauce and soup and blend.
- Stir in cheese.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- If dry, add some stock.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 16.
- Halve ingredients for family.
