Ingredients

  • spaghetti
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. celery (optional)
  • 1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. chicken broth

Method

  • Boil chicken breasts and cut into pieces.
  • Cook and drain spaghetti.
  • Saute onion in butter.
  • Add pimentos, onion, mushrooms and cheese.
  • Mix all together with mushroom soup and chicken broth.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • Sprinkle top with cheese during last 5 minutes of cooking time.
