Ingredients
- 1 (5 lb) boiled chicken
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 lb Velveeta
- 1 can English peas
- 1 jar pimientos
- 1 stick butter
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 lb spaghetti
Method
- Boil and de-bone chicken.
- Saute peppers and onions in butter. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain.
- Add chicken and other ingredients to spaghetti.
- Stir and simmer 10 minutes.
