Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • spaghetti
  • grated Jack cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • Simmer chicken slowly in 2 quarts or more of salted water. Cook slowly so water doesn't cook away.
  • Debone and save liquid. Saute onion and celery.
  • Use liquid to cook spaghetti. Cook slowly so it won't get dry.
  • When spaghetti is done, add chicken, onion and celery.
  • Stir up then pour in long baking dish.
  • Grate cheese on top and melt in oven.
