Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- spaghetti
- grated Jack cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Simmer chicken slowly in 2 quarts or more of salted water. Cook slowly so water doesn't cook away.
- Debone and save liquid. Saute onion and celery.
- Use liquid to cook spaghetti. Cook slowly so it won't get dry.
- When spaghetti is done, add chicken, onion and celery.
- Stir up then pour in long baking dish.
- Grate cheese on top and melt in oven.
