- 1 large chicken, cooked and boned
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup (or 1 of each)
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 c. chopped celery (optional)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced or bits
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. cooked spaghetti
Method
- Melt oleo; add celery, onion and green pepper.
- Cook on low until tender, but not brown.
- Add seasonings, pimento, mushrooms, soup and cheese.
- Continue to cook and stir until cheese melts and all ingredients are well blended.
- Add chicken.
- Mix and heat well.
