Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken, cooked and boned
  • 2/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small jar chopped pimento
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup (or 1 of each)
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 c. chopped celery (optional)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced or bits
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. cooked spaghetti

Method

  • Melt oleo; add celery, onion and green pepper.
  • Cook on low until tender, but not brown.
  • Add seasonings, pimento, mushrooms, soup and cheese.
  • Continue to cook and stir until cheese melts and all ingredients are well blended.
  • Add chicken.
  • Mix and heat well.
