Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, stewed, skin removed and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 (12 oz.) box thin spaghetti
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 jar pimentos, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 c. green olives
  • grated cheese (for topping)

Method

  • After cooking chicken, strain broth for small bones.
  • Cook spaghetti in chicken broth as directed.
  • Saute celery, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter or bacon drippings.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Place in baking dish; top with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
