- 1 chicken, stewed, skin removed and cut into bite size pieces
- 1 (12 oz.) box thin spaghetti
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 jar pimentos, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 c. green olives
- grated cheese (for topping)
Method
- After cooking chicken, strain broth for small bones.
- Cook spaghetti in chicken broth as directed.
- Saute celery, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter or bacon drippings.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Place in baking dish; top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
