Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. white wine
- 2 c. half and half
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 c. lobster meat
- paprika
- bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Saute mushrooms in butter.
- Cover while cooking.
- Add wine, half and half, beaten egg yolks, salt and flour.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth, then add lobster.
